This morning I woke up to a new App that I downloaded called Sleep Cycle, totally loved it! Showed me how much sleep I got while I was resting, and how much I was really awake during that time. Too crazy to explain, just go download it and see for yourself :)

 

I rolled out of bed at 6:30 a.m. threw on some sweats and a sports bra and shook up a quick Organic Protein Shake!

 

Got to APX Strength, training facility, at 8 and began my 15 min warm up right away.

My A.M. workouts are normally one-on-one for 60-90 min!

Today… I worked on footwork, speed and ladder drills with a couple different weighted leg sets and ACL strengthening.

 

I was dripping in sweat from the workout I had this morning but that wasn’t enough for the day! Grabbed a quick Whey Protein drink right before I left as I did another 10 min warm down. That consisted of stretching my Quads and rolling out my Hammy’s.

 

Later I Met my Momma for lunch at a beautiful Organic Restaurant downtown Spokane, WA called Satay, to catch up on the move and some future plans. My conclusion, she is NERVOUS ha

 

Around 4 pm I picked up with my little cousin Brett Rypien, who is the QB for Shadle Park High School, (also where my dad went) to throw some balls with him at their field. Poppa Bear was so kind to grace us with his presence and show us “young guns” a thing or two! Thanks Daddy!!

 

I enjoyed another Organic Protein shake tonight for dinner, and had to cheat with a fresh baked apple and cinnamon before bed!

 

Nighty Night its 9:30… My bedtime!!
